Healthcare reform and the need to closely align physicians with HCOs are causing many more physicians to enter into administrative roles. They encounter many challenges in their attempts to lead and manage the changing relationships between and among physicians and the HCO. Coaching is a timely and intimate way to invest in their success, and to help provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary to help them be successful in these new roles.
